Only 10 minutes from Jervis Bay and halfway between Nowra and Ulladulla, the location is easily accessible for the entire Shoalhaven region. Suitable for small to large gatherings with plenty of onsite parking.
Our Nowra team delivers a tailored service to provide a memorable send-off for your loved one, including the transfer from our Nowra mortuary to Wandandian and then on their final journey to the burial or crematorium.
The spacious indoor and outdoor areas provide a comfortable space for friends and family to gather and enjoy refreshments, with catering and a full bar service available.

With a design and décor that reflects the Shoalhaven community, our Wandandian chapel is designed with soft colours, open space, and modern facilities.
The chapel and catering area are large and able to accommodate most sizes of funeral services. Our arrangement rooms are located on the other side of the building from the chapel and offer guests a quiet space to meet with our team and to sit prior to a funeral service.
Seating for 150
Our pet friendly Wandandian chapel can comfortably seat 150 attendees, with additional standing and seating room available in the foyer and outside under the portico. With the extra standing and seating room, the chapel is able to accommodate most any size of funeral.

Parking
We offer free parking directly behind the chapel with 60 available spots. Our staff will assist with parking arrangements on the day of the service, ensuring attendees are guided to the best available spaces and receive any necessary support. For overflow parking, we have partnered with the Wandandian Progress Association, who have kindly offered the use of the parking available at the Wandandian Community Hall.

Located in the serene countryside of Wandandian, the chapel is conveniently accessible for visitors traveling by car along the Princes Highway. Nestled within the tranquil surroundings of the Shoalhaven region, the building is easily visible and simple to locate, offering a peaceful setting for any event.
Accessibility
Our Wandandian Chapel is easily accessible for the infirm or those in wheelchairs. For additional assistance, please contact our team. Entry to the chapel is via a wide double door, which can be fully opened to accommodate those in mobility scooters using ramp access.
Our restroom is fully wheelchair accessible and can be accessed by the infirm.
The chapel is equipped with speakers and TV’s so that those in various parts of the chapel (both inside and outside), will see and hear the full funeral service.
Catering
All funeral services held at our Wandandian chapel can be fully catered by Apple Tree Catering. As a licensed venue, our chapel is able to accommodate food and drink packages from Apple Tree Catering which include alcohol. For the terms and conditions of our licensing, please contact our team.
Apple Tree Catering is headed by local Executive Chef Will Totman, known for his refined technique, commitment to local produce, and flair for flavour-driven menus.
